Payment is expected up front via paypal invoice in order to provide both myself and commissioner security of funds and contract.

I accept both safe for work and not safe for work content; this includes nudity, sexual content, gore, etc.

I hold the right to deny and/or refund any commission I find to be offensive, illegal, or the commissioner proves to be difficult.

No commission art I produce is permitted to be used in AI generators; works may or may not be poisoned.

Constant updates on the commission will be provided at every stage in order to produce an accurate image. Commissioners may request updates if none have been sent in a while, however work takes time and due to personal life events, understanding that progress may stagnate for a time is appreciated.

While edits at every step of the process are expected, major edits requested after already approved and completed stages may be denied or require additional payment.

Commissioners MUST e-mail me a collection of references and a general synopsis of what the image they want is. Providing only one or the other is accepting that I will be free to interpret and design as I please. Providing neither will void the commission.
